Spring Trends....Bold Brows!

Consider waxing versus tweezing, firstly to get a nice shape. Then you can do upkeep with your tweezers. If you are tweezing make sure you have a good mirror and lots of light, either from a window or a good bathroom light. It's very easy to over pluck and if you can't see what you are doing the results could be disastrous!

1. Place the chopstick vertically along the nose until it meets the eyebrow. Tweeze anything that falls before this line.
2. To find the arch, slant the chopstick upward from the outer edge of your iris.
3. Slant the chopstick just beyond the outer corner of the eye.
Finding these three points will help you have an idea of where you need to fill in or where you might need to clean up. There are lots of different products to fill in your brows. Pencils, shadows, or even a very light colored wax. Find what works best for you...it's also important to find the right color. Try to find a shade lighter than your natural hair coloring, if you are blonde go one shade darker.
A great way to get a super natural look is to use two different colored brow pencils. A lighter shade to define your edges and a slightly darker one to fill in sparse patches.
So grab a mirror, take a look at your "frames". Having groomed eyebrows completely opens up the face and takes years off your life. Hope all this info helped and stay tuned for my next Spring Trend ~ Popsicle Lips!
The eyebrows form but a small part of the face, and yet they can darken the whole of life by the scorn they express
