Mom's of Beauty ~ Pretty in Purple!
It's been ages since I have done a Mom's of Beauty shoot. Between summer activities for my kids and my free-lance work I haven't had hardly a moment to think about it.
My gorgeous friend Lauren came over, I made some coffee, the kids were playing and I got to work! Lauren is a Mom of two as well as being a Home-Based Therapist for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, along with other developmental delays. She provides one on one therapy with supervision from behavior analysts and other specialists.
In short she works crazy hard - not only taking care of her awesome kids she is providing therapy to other children that really benefit from her time. Like I said, she is one hardworking Momma!
Lauren was very open to me doing whatever I wanted, which I loved. I wanted to play up her phenomenal brown eyes, so I gave her a smokey eye but using purple instead of a normal black or brown. I popped on a few individual lashes on the outside corners of her eyes, kept her cheeks really soft and finished the lips off with a nude pink. I love the outcome.....so soft and pretty but still smokey! My favorite way to wear makeup....
Just gorgeous! I LOVE her freckles....and I really loved this look on her and I appreciate her letting me just have fun.
